Chunky Chicken Torta



  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

  2. Sauté garlic and onions.

  3. Add potatoes and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add the chicken chunks.

  5. Mix well and set aside.

  6. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  7. In the same pan, spoon 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture.

  8. Pour in 1/3 of the beaten egg on top of the mixture and form into a circle.

  9. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the green onions. Let cook until set.

  10. Repeat with the rest of the chicken mixture and egg.
