Chicken with Lemongrass Sticks

Ingredients

  • 250 g Magnolia Chicken Giniling
  • 250 g shrimps (suahe), peeled, deveined and finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup wansoy, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch
  • lemongrass (tanglad)
  • Magnolia Nutri-Oil (for deep frying)
  • sweet chili sauce (store bought)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken giniling, shrimps, garlic, ginger, spring onions, cilantro, fish sauce and cornstarch in a bowl.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Using wet hands, divide mixture into 10 portions.

  4. Mold each portion around the end of a lemongrass stick.

  5. Dust with cornstarch and deep fry.

  6. Cook until golden.

  7. Serves up to 10 pax.
