Chicken with Lemongrass Sticks

For a fresh and sunny day, why don’t you change up your usual chicken dishes to a more refreshing recipe? Try prepping up this Chicken with Lemongrass Sticks and find that distinct, rejuvenating taste.
- 250 g Magnolia Chicken Giniling
- 250 g shrimps (suahe), peeled, deveined and finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup wansoy, finely chopped
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsps cornstarch
- lemongrass (tanglad)
- Magnolia Nutri-Oil (for deep frying)
- sweet chili sauce (store bought)
Place chicken giniling, shrimps, garlic, ginger, spring onions, cilantro, fish sauce and cornstarch in a bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Using wet hands, divide mixture into 10 portions.
Mold each portion around the end of a lemongrass stick.
Dust with cornstarch and deep fry.
Cook until golden.
- Serves up to 10 pax.
