Chicken with Green Peas and Cashews

Enjoy healthy meals without sacrificing taste and texture by cooking this Chicken with Green Peas and Cashews recipe.
- 1/2 pack Magnolia Chicken Thigh Fillet, sliced into cubes
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/3 cup onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 1/2 tsp water
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup carrots, cubed
- 100 grams cashew nuts, toasted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dashes pepper
Sauté onions and ginger in hot oil.
Add chicken and carrots then sauté until chicken is cooked.
Add water and rice wine, and simmer for 3 minutes or more.
Lastly, add peas. Toss a little to cook evenly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch dissolved in water.
- Simmer for one minute then, add cashews.
