Chicken Soft Tacos



  1. For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. In a large heavy pan, heat oil.

  4. Deep-fry chicken fingers until crisp and golden brown. Set aside.

  5. To assemble, form soft flour tortillas into taco shapes.

  6. Place lettuce leaves, followed by the salsa, sour cream, chicken, grated cheese, and cilantro.
