Heat oil to deep fry the chicken fingers. Set aside.
Heat 3 tbsps. butter.
Sauté shallots for about 1 minute.
Add garlic, sauté for another minute.
Add green chili, sauté for less than a minute.
Add paprika, sauté for a few minutes.
Add lemon juice and parsley, season to taste.
Add the ½ cup butter and stir for about 1 minute.
Toss in chicken fingers.
