Chicken Paprika with Lemon and Garlic



  1. Heat oil to deep fry the chicken fingers. Set aside.

  2. Heat 3 tbsps. butter.

  3. Sauté shallots for about 1 minute.

  4. Add garlic, sauté for another minute.

  5. Add green chili, sauté for less than a minute.

  6. Add paprika, sauté for a few minutes.

  7. Add lemon juice and parsley, season to taste.

  8. Add the ½ cup butter and stir for about 1 minute.

  9. Toss in chicken fingers.

  10. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
