Chicken Paprika with Lemon and Garlic

There are a million ways for you to enjoy chicken as a dish. One of these many options is by cooking it with a bomb of garlic flavor mixed in with a citrus kick. Whip up this easy Chicken Paprika with Lemon and Garlic today!
- 1 pack Magnolia Pesto Chicken Fingers
- 3 tbsp Magnolia Gold Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp shallots, chopped
- 3 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp green chili, chopped
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 pc lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Magnolia Gold Unsalted Butter
- 1 pc lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Heat oil to deep fry the chicken fingers. Set aside.
Heat 3 tbsps. butter.
Sauté shallots for about 1 minute.
Add garlic, sauté for another minute.
Add green chili, sauté for less than a minute.
Add paprika, sauté for a few minutes.
Add lemon juice and parsley, season to taste.
Add the ½ cup butter and stir for about 1 minute.
Toss in chicken fingers.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
