Chicken Hardinera

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Magnolia Nutri-Oil
  • 1 kilo Magnolia Chicken Giniling
  • 3 cups white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins, soaked
  • 1 cup banana catsup
  • 8 pcs eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 pcs eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan.

  2. Add chicken giniling and onions and let simmer over medium heat until almost dry.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the eggs.

  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  5. Once completely cooled, add the eggs and mix well.

  6. Prepare the llanera by lining it with Glad Aluminum Foil.

  7. Place slices of hard-boiled egg at the bottom of the llanera then pour mixture and cover with foil.

  8. Steam and cook for 30 – 45 minutes or until set.

  9. Cool before serving.

  10. Serving good for four.
