Chicken Fingers with Aioli Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Magnolia Chicken Station- Vanilla Chicken Fingers
  • oil (for deep frying)
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (for seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Deep fry vanilla chicken fingers. Set it aside when golden brown and crispy.

  2. For the sauce: Combine all the ingredients together (garlic, calamansi juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, ground black pepper, mayo, and fresh parsley).

  3. Serving good for four to five persons.
