Chicken BBQ with Java Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Magnolia Chicken Station Timplados barbecue flavor
  • 1/4 cup Star Margarine Classic
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup store-bought barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. For the java rice, combine margarine ketchup, soy sauce, and heat for 1 minute.

  2. Add in the cooked rice and mix everything together.

  3. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper

  4. For the java sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  5. Serve chicken BBQ with the rice and sauce on the side.
