Chicken Bacon Loaf

- Magnolia Ground Chicken (or chicken giniling)
- bacon strips
- no-crust bread cubes
- fresh milk
- ham, chopped
- Vienna sausage, chopped
- Chorizo de bilbao
- green olives
- Worcesterchire sauce
- pickle relish
- chili powder
- ground black pepper
- eggs, beaten
Align the bacon strips horizontally on a non-stick loaf pan. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix bread cubes (without the crust) and fresh milk.
Mash the two ingredients together.
Mix the mashed ingredients together with ground chicken, chopped ham, chopped Vienna sausage, softened butter, Chorizo de bilbao, minced garlic, chopped green olives, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, salt, chili powder, ground black pepper, and beaten eggs.
Transfer the mix into the non-stick loaf pan with strips of bacon.
Fill the pan till ¾ full.
Seal with ends of the bacon.
Bake in a 350oF oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
- After, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
