Chicken Ala Cubana



  1. Sauté garlic and onions in hot oil.

  2. Add ground chicken and cook until chicken is cooked.

  3. Add bell pepper, potatoes and raisins.

  4. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  5. Season with soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.

  6. Serve with fried egg and grilled bananas.
