Chicken Ala Cubana

Chicken ala Cubana is a Spanish dish with sweet, salty, and savory flavors that offer a new and delightful taste on the dining table. Now that's yummy!
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 kilo Magnolia Ground Chicken
- 1 cup red and green bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 pcs eggs, fried
- 2 pcs saging na saba, grilled
Sauté garlic and onions in hot oil.
Add ground chicken and cook until chicken is cooked.
Add bell pepper, potatoes and raisins.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Season with soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Serve with fried egg and grilled bananas.
