Season chicken lollipops with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour and in beaten egg, then in flour again.
Deep fry chicken pieces. Set aside.
On the saucepan, melt butter.
Sauté garlic for 1 to 2 minutes, just to soften the garlic.
Turn off the heat and add grated cheese.
Dip chicken lollipops in the butter sauce or pour the sauce on top of the chicken.
