Cheesy Garlic Chicken Lollipops

Ingredients

  • 8 pcs Magnolia Chicken Lollipops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • 1 liter Magnolia Nutri-Oil (for deep-frying)
  • 1/2 cup Magnolia Gold Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Magnolia Cheddar Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Season chicken lollipops with salt and pepper.

  2. Dredge in flour and in beaten egg, then in flour again.

  3. Deep fry chicken pieces. Set aside.

  4. On the saucepan, melt butter.

  5. Sauté garlic for 1 to 2 minutes, just to soften the garlic.

  6. Turn off the heat and add grated cheese.

  7. Dip chicken lollipops in the butter sauce or pour the sauce on top of the chicken.

  8. Serving good for four to six persons.
