Buffalo Wings

Procedure

  1. Cut the chicken through the joints to make two pieces per wing.

  2. In a bowl, prepare marinade by mixing all the spices.

  3. Marinate the chicken for at least an hour.

  4. While marinating, heat oil for deep-frying.

  5. Fry chicken wings until golden and crispy.

  6. In a pan over medium heat, combine butter, barbecue sauce and hot sauce.

  7. Mix the glaze well then, toss in the chicken wings until well-covered with the glaze.

  8. To make the dip, mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.

  9. Serve dip on the side together with the wings.
