Japanese Style Aligue Mayo Chicken Wings
- 4 pcs chicken wings
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup Kewpie Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp aligue paste
- salt and pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg,dredge in flour. Repeat. Deep fry and drain with paper towels.
- Make aligue mayo: mix Kewpie Japanese Style Mayo and aligue paste in a bowl. Coat the chicken wings and serve.
