Sloppy Joe Cups

  • 8 slices loaf bread
  • 3 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 kilo Monterey Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup Magnolia Quickmelt Cheese, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 30oF.

  2. Place each slice of bread on a muffin pan.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is dry and crisp. Set aside.

  4. In a saucepan, heat butter. Sauté garlic and onions, and then add beef.

  5. Cook until color changes into a light brown.

  6. Season with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and salt.

  7. Simmer for 2 minutes then add green onions and corn kernels. Mix well.

  8. Remove from heat and set aside.

  9. Pour in ¼ cup of beef mixture into each bread cup.

  10. Top with grated cheese then bake at 35oF for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

  11. Serving good for 8.
