From muffin with corn bits to muffin with stuffed ground beef topped with grated cheese? Your kids will go crazy over this during snack time!
- 8 slices loaf bread
- 3 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 kilo Monterey Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup Magnolia Quickmelt Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 30oF.
Place each slice of bread on a muffin pan.
Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is dry and crisp. Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat butter. Sauté garlic and onions, and then add beef.
Cook until color changes into a light brown.
Season with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
Simmer for 2 minutes then add green onions and corn kernels. Mix well.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Pour in ¼ cup of beef mixture into each bread cup.
Top with grated cheese then bake at 35oF for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
- Serving good for 8.
