- 2 block firm tofu, diced
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece white onion, chopped
- 4-6 pieces green finger chili, sliced (red chili optional)
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp calamansi extract
- 2 tbsps Kewpie Spicy Cheese or Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise or Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsps oil
- salt and pepper to taste
