Cheesier New Year with Queso de Bola Sliders

Still expecting a few visitors at home? We know you’re already too tired with all the holiday party preps and cooking, so try this quick and easy recipe using your leftover queso de bola. If you’re going to cook a savory dish that needs cheese (hello Kaldereta!), go ahead and use your queso de bola slices. Tip: To keep your leftover queso de bola fresh, make sure you keep it inside the ref with its red candle wax intact, because it serves as a protective coating to lengthen its shelf life.
