You can do this recipe using lechon kawali, too. Just make sure you cook this with a generous amount of lechon sauce, garlic, and other spices. Tip: To keep your leftover queso de bola fresh, make sure you keep it inside the ref with its red candle wax intact, because it serves as a protective coating to lengthen its shelf life.
